Mathare Kids
LIA and our partner churches have started schools in Kenya, Ethiopia and other countries throughout the Horn of Africa, in order to offer education to the poorest of the poor. In keeping with the wholistic model, these schools may also offer feeding programs, spiritual training, and access to micro-loans for parents.
These are pictures of some of the kids from our Mathare Children project. These students receive education, food, health care, and parents are able to take out micro-loans to start new businesses.
